The Livret A tax-free savings plan is back in favour with savers taking in 鈧�3.58 billion in January

This is a turnaround from last year when investments fell as the state froze interest rates at 0.75% for two years. Falling rates for assurance vie have boosted the Livret A with the fund now standing at a record 鈧�275.4 billion invested.
