The government has officially published a decree this morning and the fine is now considered category four fine – it was category one before.

The decree applies from immediate effect.

To go out, you need to fill a form, which you can download . If you cannot print it, you can write it on a blank sheet of paper.

You can only go out for work, food shopping, medical reasons, to walk the dog, exercise or to visit a vulnerable elder relative.
