Low-cost airline easyJet is to resume its direct Toulouse-London Gatwick service for the upcoming winter season.

The route will fly twice per week on Mondays and Fridays from October 25 to the end of March, 2026, with an increased schedule of up to six flights per week over the Christmas period.

It corresponds to 22,000 seats available on flights between the two cities.

The budget carrier will also resume a service to Moroccan city Marrakech from the city three times per week, as well as increase the number of flights to Paris Orly, Toulouse-Blagnac airport announced on its .

“We are delighted to announce the return of these routes, which are very popular with our customers, this winter and to increase our frequency on the Toulouse-Orly route. We continue to listen to our Toulouse customers,†said Deputy Managing Director of easyJet for France Reginald Otten.

However, it is not currently possible to purchase tickets for direct flights – easyJet is only offering tickets via a connecting flight (usually through Nice) on its website.

Toulouse base closed earlier this year

The Toulouse-Gatwick route was previously a year-round service operated by easyJet, but was temporarily stopped when the airline closed its base at Toulouse-Blagnac airport.

Alongside the service to Marrakech, it was one of 11 routes cut as part of the move.

EasyJet had previously committed to reopening the London route for the winter period

The only remaining direct year-round route to the UK from Toulouse that is operated by easyJet flies to Bristol, and is largely due to the presence of Airbus in both regions.

It is unknown whether the success of the route during the winter period will have a bearing on it becoming a year-round staple from the airport.
