France lockdown: Forms for professional athletes
There are special documents for high-level sports people of all disciplines, as well as coaches and other staff to allow them to continue training

I am a professional cyclist from Scotland staying near Menton until Christmas for its superior training conditions. The reason I am here is for my work (cycling). Do you know if I will be able to continue riding my bike as it is my job?
Yes, you can. As a professional cyclist, you will be able to continue training throughout the current confinement period - in the same way as professional footballers, rugby players and other athletes are permitted to continue training and competing.
On the Sports Ministry's website, it reads: "In order to allow the continuity of professional activity, the Government has authorised professional sportsmen, high-level sports people and sports academy athletes on ministerial lists and their training partners, to waive certain confinement rules, including travel and time spent outdoors on physical activities.
"This exemption also concerns any accredited person whose presence is necessary for the smooth running of professional sports activities, such as coaches, judges, referees, officials, service providers."
There is a bit of paperwork, however. The Ministry of Sports has published two documents specifically for elite-level athletes to allow them to continue training and working.
The documents are a travel exemption certificate, which must be completed by the athlete daily, and a proof of travel requirement document, which must be completed by the sporting organisation you are with.
