I telephoned my local authority鈥檚 鈥渆lectoral services鈥� department to confirm the date of the European election.

She needed to check, but finally said it will be between May 23 and May 26.

Then I asked where I should go to vote. She did not know.

I strongly urge all my fellow Connexion readers to make sure that you get correct information so you do not accidentally miss your chance to vote.
