Smoked salmon is being recalled to E.Leclerc stores across France because of a labelling issue.

The salmon is being sold under the label ‘Saumon fumé Hautes Terres d’Écosse’ (Scottish Highlands smoked salmon) and comes from the Petit Navire brand in a 300g packet of 10 slices.

The recall has been launched because the product shows different expiry dates.

The affected product has:

• The batch number 10352143280

• The GTIN code 3760253432306

• The health mark FR.29.232.500 CE

• The use-by date January 4, 2023

People having bought the product are advised to take it back to the shop for a refund or exchange.
