No end in sight for Brexit fuss
Like many Britons I will be only too pleased to see the end of Brexit and the WestminÂster soap opera filling our screens.
Most people believe it would bring politics back to a more normal level. Think again.
Before the referendum the government issued a document to Parliament saying leaving the EU with an agreement will not be the ‘end’, but the ‘beginning’ of about ten years of negotiations to untangle a relationship with Europe formed over more than 40 years as well as setting in place a new relationship.
What a happy thought!
