The Universit茅 de Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin) filmed its campus covered in a thin layer of snow.
Nancy鈥檚 Place Stanislas looked pristine in this wintery scene.
In Normandy, the snow showers began on Saturday (December 10), leaving the stade Joseph D茅terville in Caen (Calvados) covered in white.

In Auvergne-Rh么ne-Alpes, Lyon鈥檚 mayor Gr茅gory Doucet tweeted: 鈥淭he Bartholdi horses [on the fountain sculpted by Fr茅d茅ric Auguste Bartholdi] were surprised by the snow this morning!鈥�
In Paris, there was a light dusting of snow, which La France Insoumise MP and blogger Antoine L茅aument captured in a photograph posted on Twitter.
Areas of Hauts-de-France like Lille, and Brittany like Rennes, have also seen a thin blanket of snow this week.
