Online declarations on France鈥檚 income tax return platform have reopened after being temporarily suspended due to errors in the system.

The errors related to pre-filled parts of the forms being entered incorrectly.
Income known to the tax offices, such as French salaries and pensions, are automatically pre-filled but people are asked nonetheless to check them as occasional errors are possible. Also, in some cases there are additional amounts of similar kinds of income to be added into the same boxes.
Anyone who had already submitted their declaration with incorrect information will now be able to correct it, the service has said.
People can now visit to complete their declaration.
Online declaration deadlines this year are from May 24 to June 8, depending on your department.
