Disservice done
A warning... I bought a STIHL Brush cutter from Leroy Merlin in Perpignan but it did not work.
I took it back to the shop and after waiting an hour, was told all they could offer was a repair taking at least two weeks. We were told it was STIHL and Leroy Merlin policy to offer a repair rather than a replacement or refund.
Because our French is by no means perfect we had to leave with no resolution. Out of principle I was not prepared to accept a repair to an item that had never been used.
