British Embassy Paris seeks butler
Connexion has spotted an unusual job opportunity in Paris – a live-in under-butler at the British Ambassador’s Residence.

Applications are open until Thursday next week (December 12) to everyone regardless of age, disability or gender as long as you speak fluent English, look smart, have ‘people skills’, can work under pressure and know Microsoft Office.
‘Desirable’ attributes also include basic French and catering qualifications.
The job description includes such traditional butlering tasks as polishing the silver and greeting houseguests – who sometimes include world leaders and celebrities – as well as taking care of them during their stay or keeping the pantry clean and the fridges stocked.
The Residence is the ambassador's home but also hosts many guests and events during the year as part of the Embassy's role in fostering good Franco-British links.
